Who we are

Incubate Labs is the trading name of Simon Newton, a sole trader based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. Simon Newton is the data controller for any personal information you send us. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].

What this site collects

There are no accounts and no tracking cookies, so we don't show a cookie banner. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, business name and message you enter. It's sent straight to Simon's inbox and isn't stored on the website. The Readiness Check runs in your browser, and your answers aren't sent to us unless you choose to send them.

Services this site uses

• Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any web host, it processes technical request data such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that contact form submissions come from a person, not a bot. It doesn't use cookies to track you. See the Turnstile privacy policy.
• Google Calendar handles bookings if you choose to book a call. Google receives the details you enter when booking. See Google's privacy policy.
• Fonts are served from this site. No requests are made to Google Fonts.

If you contact us

We receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message or booking. We use it only to reply and, if we work together, to deliver that work. We won't add you to a mailing list and we never sell or share contact details. We keep enquiry emails for up to two years unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep business records as the law requires.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it's used. Email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the ICO.
